Wests Tigers are celebrating 30 years at Campbelltown! The Broncos will make their first trip to Campbelltown since 2014 with Wests Tigers Members and fans set to make sure the boys from Brisbane know who rules this jungle!

Bring your own cushion, or grab one of ours and get ready to enjoy one of the highlights of Campbelltown Arts Centre’s family music program as David Griffin and the Fisher’s Ghost Youth Orchestra present I Spy…the Orchestra.
Aimed at children aged 2-5 this concert presents the perfect introduction to the instruments and sounds of a live orchestra in action. Book early to avoid disappointment!

Culture meets fashion in this one day intensive workshop, in which, participants will create and be photographed in a unique piece of body adornment. Participants will be inspired by acclaimed designer Bayvick Lawrence as well as themes of individual and cultural representation as explored in Campbelltown Art Centre’s exhibition Lisa Reihana | Cinemania. Following the workshop, artworks and photographs produced will be exhibited in the community gallery.
Bayvick Lawrence is a multi-award winning Sydney based fashion designer. Bay’s designs are inspired by the tropical beauty of the Pacific and Fijian heritage. Bay’s first fashion line was wearable art created from recycled materials and from these early origins has gone on to local and international acclaim.
RECLAIM | Cinemania

Personal space meets public space in this street art workshop with graffiti artist Chez. This FREE workshop is inspired by Campbelltown Arts Centre’s exhibition Lisa Reihana | Cinemania and supported by the Koch Centre’s Kaumatua Elders. If you are young, from an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander or Pacific Islander cultural background and want to make your mark then this workshop is for you. Learn to refine your skills with aerosols and be part of the creation of a new collaborative artwork to be on permanent display at Youth Off the Streets, Koch Centre in Macquarie Fields.

Enjoy a night of culture and conversation around the fireplace this 2018 Earth Hour, Saturday 24th March, 6-9pm at Campbelltown Arts Centre. The event commences at 6pm with a range of family friendly activities, including; exhibition tours, Aboriginal artmaking and ochre body painting workshops facilitated by Josh Bell, seed bomb making with the Mt Annan Botanical Gardens and star gazing with the Macarthur Astronomical Society. From 7pm there will be a smoking ceremony followed by a fire twirling and a Pacific dance performance from Matavai Cultural Arts. All lights will then be turned off at 8pm for the official Earth Hour, which will include storytelling and an acoustic set from local musician Karleigh Smith.

Join us for a C-Town Rumble and hear from Campbelltown’s freshest young Spoken Word Artists. Each artist gets only three minutes to perform. No props, costumes, or music. Just a microphone and the power of their words. Judges are randomly selected from the audience and the top performers will go on the represent Campbelltown at the NSW State Rumble to be held as part of the Sydney Writer’s Festival later this year.

Slam Poetry Workshops
Wednesdays, 21st, 28th March, 4th and ,11th April| 6pm – 9pm
Got something to say? Come to our free workshops in spoken word, rap and poetry. No props, costumes or music. Just you, the mic, and the power of your voice. If you are young and have a way with words the come meet some of the best Slam Artists around.
Following the workshops, you will be given a chance to show-off your talent at the C-TOWN RUMBLE to be held at Campbelltown Arts Centre during Youth Week on Saturday 21st April from 5pm til late. The winner from this event will go on to represent Campbelltown at the NSW State Rumble to be held at an event later in the year.
